Im not sure about the status of the person in this car, but I know that there were no fatalities in this attack, so they at least survived, there were some serious injuries tho, which would definetly be possible for whoever was in this car

Oh should we say they person was unlucky that the munition damaged his car in such open space or call them lucky that if landed near the car and not on the car.

I always wondered how insurance works for cases like these? Are there riders for a car being hit by some random missiles or debris.

He should have sought shelter and not drive around. There are shelters everywhere in TLV.
