Wie überall ist es auch bei der Migros teurer geworden. Als „Migros-Chind“ werde ich immer frustrierter gegenüber der Migros. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass nicht nur die Preise steigen, sondern die Migros auch ständig die Rezepturen ihrer Produkte ändert, vermutlich um die Kosten zu senken. Darüber hinaus gibt es viele Fälle schrecklicher Schrumpfung. Einige Beispiele für Produkte, die mich am meisten nerven: – Annas bester Hummus Natur: gleicher Preis wie zuvor, Rezept geändert (viel schlimmer, fast ungenießbar) und 200g in der Packung statt 250g. – Fladenbrot zum Backen: Preis von 1.50 CHF auf 2.- CHF geändert, nur noch 5 statt 6 Pita in einer Packung, Rezept geändert (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ungenießbar, prüfen [Migipedia](https://www.migros.ch/de/product/111907800000?context=instore ) – Gewürze: neue Verpackung, einfacher Fall von Schrumpfung sowie verminderte Qualität (scheinen sehr langweilig zu sein) – Migros-Nudeln: Heute als bemerkt Kochen, 15% Preiserhöhung (Normalpreis 2.65 statt 2.30 beim Hörnli) Ich bin darüber so frustriert, vor allem weil die Migros nicht nur die Preise erhöht, sondern gleichzeitig die Qualität drastisch kürzt. Ich habe aufgehört, viele Produkte zu kaufen, die ich früher immer zu Hause hatte; Heutzutage mache ich Hummus lieber selbst, anstatt immer nur eine Portion im Kühlschrank aufzubewahren. Ja, das ist eine Schimpftirade, tut mir leid. Welche Erfahrungen haben Sie gemacht? Sind Sie ebenso frustriert und haben Sie Ihr Verhalten geändert? Gilt das auch für Coop? (Jeder „Coop-Chind“ lasst es mich bitte wissen, ich kaufe selten Sachen bei Coop und sehe die Änderungen nicht.)

Why simply not go to Lidl / Aldi if you care about your money ?
Stuff will be much cheaper there for just the same quality as Migros / Coop
Honestly Lidl / Aldi are twice cheaper than Migros and coop at least
I personally don’t understand people who shop there and pay 600-800 chf of groceries per month when you can eat for 300-400 per month at Aldi
Oh, don’t get me started on that Humus change. Completely destroyed my weekend when I figured it out. Bought it almost weekly and the new one is so bad I had to throw it away. When I bought it the first time I thought it gone bad. Migipedia is also all over it.
The rest is just normal inflation, Migros is not affected more than other industries and Business. Some methods (reducing package size or reducing quality) are a bit shady but Coop and all other grocery stores do the same. It’s not a Migros only problem.
To be fair, the bag on the left (which I assume is the new one) has _much_ more pasta.

After years of being a Migros child I switched to coop over a change of the recipe of one of their gluten free breads. The quality went to shit, and I didn’t want to go to coop just for bread, so now I’m doing all my shopping at coop.
I understand why farmers always get their way all around the globe and states pay huge amounts of subsidies to keep their agriculture sector in business but I feel this has gone way too far in Switzerland. To the point that seemingly nobody cares about the average household’s standard of living and you get simply dismissed or told go back to your country if you don’t like it.
gottlieb would not be happy if hed still be alive… been shopping at least ten years migros vs 5-6 years coop always rated migros more but recently quality has been a issue also with the fruit and veggies…
They increase price because also the ingredient, production etc increase.
The reduce quality / quantity because they have to increase the margins being private company
That is why with time passing it get worse and worse.
Buy the blue packs of noodles please. They have no eggs, and taste about identical. There are no good reason to torture chickens, but noodles are even a worse than many others.
Btw: get the kosher Hummus from Coop – it‘s excellent for a supermarket product.
Coop Karma lemon parsley hummus is very good… just saying 😛
