      This article is false at best. EMP is not hard to produce and deploy. Just takes power. Drop or shoot emp devices and there goes your hundreds of thousand dollar robots to whoever you are warring against.

      Obvious BS but what’s the point? What benefit does Russia gain by accusing Ukraine of using Terminators? Are they going to dress Russian troops up in Terminator costumes to commit war crimes? I don’t get it.

      At what point is sending robots to fight robots, and drones to fight drones going to be a useful endeavour?

      Isn’t the whole point of war to inflict as much misery on humans as possible so they capitulate and give you what you want?

      Doesn’t it just make war a pointless endeavour if we have robots built by robots killing robots in the name of man?

      It’s way more probable they’re ran by a desk-jockey in Kyiv with an xbox controller in front of a monitor.

      No different than my old roommate playing Call of Duty 15 years ago.

      So like most threads no has actually read the article.

      Ukraine has been UGV (unguided ground vehicles) which are basically remote controlled ATVs with machine guns. This is public knowledge.

      Many countries, including Ukraine, have looked at using human form robots but the technology is in an early prototype stage and there’s no evidence it’s been deployed in combat.

      The article is publishing quotes from Russian soldiers allegedly over telegram that human form combat robots are in fact being tested in Ukraine. This would be a very very new development if it is in accurate.

      An enemy faction at the end of Gundam Wing replaced all pilots with AI mechas and lost hard to most experienced pilots.
