I just can’t understand this. 20 million per year wasted on subsidising this cruel insustry. I haven’t met one person who supports it.
It just goes to show the government doesn’t give a damn what the public wants as long as some niche vested interests are looked after.
The ban would lose politicians votes, that a back bone they don’t have

There is never a point burying your head in the sand like this, it will happen eventually and it will be embarrassing that Ireland was the last one. Same goes for fox hunting
