    1. I would welcome UK back in EU where it belongs. But I highly doubt it can happen in the next decade

    2. Garage will put his Rubles to work denouncing rejoin no doubt. I’d vote back in

How is this his business? He has been doing a shitty job as a London mayor.

good idea and represents the majority within london, hopefully I’ll see us join in my lifetime

That actually might save Labour at the next election. The majority of people in the UK see Brexit as a huge error.

    6. They cannot. At least not for the foreseeable future. Maybe in 2030s.

I had voted remain. But I couldn’t believe the stupidity behind that decision. How small-minded, ignorant and puny their logic was.

Khan is definitely reading the room, especially as the economic reality of the last few years has shifted the polling toward a rejoin. The real mess of Brexit wasn’t just the trade deals, but how it fractured our digital sovereignty and left our personal data way more exposed outside the strict EU framework. This regulatory gap is actually what led me to build CrabClear, a digital firewall that uses secure Frankfurt-based servers to continuously scrub your info from the predatory data broker sites that have thrived during the confusion. Whether the UK eventually rejoins or not, having a way to reclaim your privacy from these scrapers is the only way to get some actual peace of mind. It’s certainly more effective than waiting for another election to fix our data laws.

Sorry but nope. Brexit was a mess, and there isn’t enough support to make me believe they wouldn’t try it again in 20 years

    9. well, i mean, i cant see the UK as a reliable partner at this point. After Brexit referendum, then voting Johnson and then all the shit with the trade deal theyve lost any credibility they had

Starmer would rather shit in his hands and clap than do that. This is Khan doing Khan things.

      Nope. Nope. Please no.

I don’t think UK is reliable or has its shit together, I don’t think there is sufficient support to avoid Brexit happening a second time and i further believe that if let back in, a UK in the EU would mean even more vetoes and watered down deals or special treatment.

      Nope nope no thanks.

    12. In the future yes, currently UK is far too entagled with US… For the time being EU should be reinforced as is

It’s a better idea than the current one of running to the right and trying to be Tory Lite.

    14. He has enough own problems to think about.

Why is it always 10% approval rating politicians that start talking about EU unity?
