Okay everyone calm your tits. IRCC ALWAYS rejects applications with any criminal records. 2 years ago a Russian lady was denied because she had a criminal record in Russia… for a social media post criticizing the invasion of Ukraine.
You’re conflating judges who give soft sentences with IRCC who don’t fuck around.
At least now we know it’s possible to deny someone immigration into Canada.
