I remember when I was in university and everyone was doing their 就活 and an aquaintence of mine came up to me and proudly announced that he finally had an offer. I asked what it was an he told me it was being a chef at Sushiro.
For some reason that really stuck in my mind. I found out he quit a few months later on facebook.

While 90% might secure, how many of them secure good jobs or at least not black jobs?
it is easy to see statistics like these, but in reality with how japanese job hunting system is set up for fresh grads, there are quite a lot of students who resort to whatever offers just to secure a job.

See! That is the benefit of low birth rate! Having more than one child only benefit the employer. Of course you gonna vote for the one that against immigration.
