I wonder if a simple way to filter them out if they get to the interview stage would be to ask what they think are the biggest problems in North Korea today? Would they get physically uncomfortable and be unable to criticize the country or the leader?
One in person interview for f****k sake before you hire anyone! otherwise why even bother hiring.
the fact that he passed every screening is the real story. background checks, interviews, references — all green. if a hostile state actor can sail through your hiring process, maybe the process is checking for the wrong things.
