    1. I’ve been bald for so long, I’m not even sure I’d want it „cured“ at this point.

It would be fantastic for people suffering from alopecia.

It’s not a cure for baldness, it’s a remedy. A cure would imply it stops them going bald in the first place.

    3. I don’t doubt this will be a thing.

I do doubt it will be any cheaper than the already pretty darn effective FUE transplants, which is what holds most back from going that route. As the surgery goes north of $10,000 and is just laughed at for insurance coverage

I’m 36 years old and bald since 23, when i would have got a new hair on my head everytime baldness was cured i would look like a Lion.

    5. Once I started balding, I just shaved my head. I’ll never, ever go back to having hair again. No visits to the barber, no products to keep my head from looking like a chia pet, no daily showers to remove cowlicks.

    6. That this gets more funding than disabling diseases is horrific.
I saw it ranked somewhere how much male pattern baldness gets vs MS, ME, ALS etc. Imagine they can cure his baldness but he can’t walk 700 meters anymore. Priority should be given to the lowest quality of life diseases and the fatal diseases.

    7. Captain Picard is bald , emh1 is bald , baldness will exist in the future and it will be cool.

World is on fire but everyone will die with a head full of luxurious locks.
