      I bet the people living around the Crystal Springs area are really glad the building standards are so tight.

    4. scaffold failures are not that uncommon, they are temporary structures and are designed to much lower loads. if they were high winds (not accounted for in design) that could lead to that. other issues would be poor construction or damaged parts, but typically h&s bodies inspect these before being used.
