The Illuminati and the Freemasons are two completely different groups. Allthough some members of the Illuminati did join the Freemasons later. Also the Satanic rituals are also once again different groups.
The Illuminati do not control the world. It was a group of people who wanted to share knowledge and enlightenment simply because the church was too powerful at the time. They stopped existing at the end of the 18th century as they were forbidden by the ruler of Bavaria.
The Freemasons are still active but also not a secret society with Satanic rituals. Its currently mostly a brotherhood talking about philosophical questions and how to help society. Not very shady at all. Yes the have a secret ritual and they keep their secrets hidden. But they are not a shadow government.
The symbolism of that hand in there can indeed be part of a masonic ritual. But the pose itself is commonly used throughout history and seen everywhere in portraits since the ancient Greeks started using it.
So i dont know what the picture here portrays, but it isnt either of the groups mentioned.
Also this was a hype back in 2022 and has been debunked as Fauci just adjusting his jacket.
Also when i was searching further there is no evidence that Fauci is or was a Freemason.
