Data is the first million digits of Pi, calculated via a Python script. The visuals were created using d3.js with the help of Claude Code.

This is cool!
Two thoughts:
1) Is there ever a digit count where the cumulative count of all digits is exactly equal? (I mean, I suppose this is guaranteed, but I’m curious what’s the first occurrence)
2) This would make a pretty cool backing for one of those race animations (imagine an animated horse race to 1M digits where the place of each rider was its digit count).
