      so the government is literally taking a $10 billion cut for „brokering“ a deal they forced to happen by threatening to ban the app. that’s not a fee, that’s a shakedown with extra steps

      Getting 10 billion dollars for ‚brokering‘ a deal to buy a company allegedly worth 14 billion dollars is absolutely mind boggling to me.
