      Damn the stopped it at the last moment but the debris would still hit but less damage than the warhead

      Weird tactic by Iran and those like them. Never target military, which means the military of their opponents never get degraded. And on top of that they attack countries not directly involved. Pure men of genius….

      How much damage are these missiles doing when they hit the ground after being intercepted?

      I’d imagine that they’re still at least hitting the ground, largely in a single piece, and the best case is that they’re traveling at terminal velocity….

      What a feat of engineering to be able to intercept something going 10x the speed of sound.
