The gulf countries are closer to Iran. Defense of israel is heavily done as we saw in the previous 12-day war through us bases in the gulf. While I don’t support war in general, and espacially against civilian targets. It is important to understand the full picture

Letting America use your territory to prosecute a war makes you a party to the war.
A strictly Israel/US vs Iran fight would be unfavorable to Iran- Israeli defenses are significant and 2025 showed that they would simply rely on the Americans to do their fighting for them.
By attacking the vulnerable gulf states that are aligned with the United States, it introduces an extra dimension to the conflict that favors Iran over the long term.
The US hasn’t devoted billions of dollars in annual aid to fortifying the gulf states, but they do export oil that the global economy relies heavily upon- and they’re also where America has many of its bases, rather than in Israel.
This was all predictable. Only a nation of subhuman vermin would expect their enemies to willingly constrain themselves to fighting in a war on unfavorable terms.

1. It is where American military bases are.
2. It is where oil supplies are. Israel has no oil, so hitting Israel does nothing to end the conflict. Hitting oil-rich states has the potential to spike the price of oil even higher, resulting in other countries putting more pressure on Israel and the USA to stop the war. In theory, at least. The problem is when the leaders of both of these countries don’t seem to care.
They are striking oil infrastructure, which Israel doesn’t have. They know that if the world is hurting at the gas station then there will be pressure to end this quickly. They know they can’t stand toe to toe with the US and Israel, but they can deeply affect the barrel price of oil and sue for a peace.
They also know that the US and Israel can’t occupy and force a regime change, so they just have to outlast them.
This is a lie.
Every Arab state it by Iran has launched attacks on Iran thru the US bases they host. They are participants in an unprovoked offensive war of regime change. That’s just a fact.

Most Irani drones and rockets towards Israel got shot down by Jordan mostly, and other neighbouring Arab states.
The same states allow the US and Israel use of their airspace to bomb Iran while denying Iran the same use. They clearly picked a side in this war regardless of language.
Basically Iran is letting the region know that: „None of you seem to understand. I’m not locked in here with you. You’re locked in here with ME!“

This show one more time that Iran doesn’t hate israel as much as they hate arabs. I am pretty sure that the Persan/Arabic rivalry predate the revelation of Islam. And of course, like in any other war, the less chance you have to defend the more you’re getting attacked

The fact people are justifying this in this comment section is telling. The Geneva convention and UN Charter explicitly states you cannot bomb civilian infrastructure that are not legitimate target. Doesn’t matter if that country is hosting an enemy base.
So people justifying war crimes is pretty hilarious when they have no problem screaming it when the US and Israel does it.
