  1. Albanians were the most integrated and interconnected minority within the Ottoman Empire; however, today they behave as if they were victims for 500 years straight. 

    Furthermore, this map largely supports the theory that the Ottoman Empire was primarily a Balkan empire. Throughout its history, the Balkan peninsula took precedence over the Anatolian landmass, a fact that remains largely unknown to many.

  2. Arabs would have gathered together power for centuries if they got put in grand vizier. Grand viziers from Balkans were devshirme so they didn’t have strength with tribal or cultural ties on throne.
