To be honest, it is hard to read even if you know the language:)
I can only read last two letters: „გ“ („g“) and „დ“ („d“), considering last characters are digits
The only thing i can make out are the first thing „ქუთათელაძე“ And the next thing „გ.დ. 1991“
„ქუთათელაძე“ is a georgian last name „Kutateladze“
And, „გ.დ. 1991“ I imagine means „გარდაცვალების დღე 1991“ which translates to „Date of death 1991“
cant make out the word between kutateladze and date of death 1991.
