Heute wurde mir von meinem zukünftigen Arbeitgeber mitgeteilt, dass ich nur einen Minijob ausüben darf, da ich noch keine Aufenthaltserlaubnis habe.
Allerdings habe ich in meinem Reisepass ein gültiges Studentenvisum eingestempelt, das bis Dezember 2026 gültig ist (siehe beigefügtes Bild). Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich ohne Aufenthaltserlaubnis nur einen Minijob ausüben dürfe.
Als jemand, der neu in Deutschland ist und noch lernt, wie diese Regeln funktionieren, würde ich mich freuen, wenn jemand klären könnte, ob ein gültiges Visum in meinem Reisepass (aber noch keine Aufenthaltserlaubnis) mich nur auf Minijobs beschränkt, oder ob ich als Student Teilzeit arbeiten darf.

I never head this kind of rule before. Probably your employer doesn’t know much about this. Check with your friends or classmates who are working.
Did you already do your Anmeldung? Then you should have a residence permit.
That is not true. You are allowed to work as allowed per your student visa. You can read up on it here: https://www.make-it-in-germany.com/en/study-vocational-training/studies-in-germany/work
A lot of employers do not really know the legal situation or they confuse company rules (like they do not want to employ people without certain permits) with official possibilities of your residence status. Sometimes it’s also a language or communication problem like only saying „its not allowed“ but meaning „its not allowed by our company policy“.
