    1. Just another example of how absolutely lawless this administration is.

Diddlin’ kids, killing and arresting innocent civilians…yeah fuck it let’s throw copyright infringement on the pile too who cares right?!

Somewhere Yugi Muto is about to say “you activated my copyright trap card.”

The guy in the White House didn’t respect the constitution and went to war without congressional approval. Do they think he’ll respect copyright laws? lol

Ah yes when I think of doing things THE AMERICAN WAY my mind definitely jumps to Dragonball, Yu-gi-oh, Braveheart, and Gladiator.

    5. Why are these children making shit agit prop videos instead of fighting in Iran?

    6. I’m tired with journalists treating these all as isolated incidents. This administration has a consistent history of flouting laws they find inconvenient. That they ignore copyright laws isn’t news. That this administration so casually considers itself above the law should be.

Who’s the Millennial basement dweller running this man’s social media?

    8. You think anyone in that white house cares about consent? Look who’s at the helm

    9. “Wait a minute, did you use a bunch of YuGiOh footage without our permission?”

      “Yeah, so?”

“That’s against the law isn’t it?”

“Screw the law, I have money!”

So a Puerto Rican singing in Spanish at the Super Bowl is not American but Japanese media is? Make it make sense.

I wish IP holders would take legal action against the government for exploiting their creations. What I’m seeing is a disturbing distortion—iconic stories about trust, endurance, preservation, and perseverance in the face of evil are being repurposed to associate themselves with death and war. I love these worlds. they were an escape from the harshness of reality. Now they’re being twisted to serve a national narrative. These characters don’t belong to any government. Watching them used as military recruitment tools or as implicit justification for inhumane killings and war crimes is shameful. Those stories were never about dropping bombs on people halfway around the world, and it’s wrong to contort them into something they were never meant to represent. So I really wish IP holders would sue the government. Just because it exists doesn’t mean that it can be used to further the gains and public relations of a government at the expense of the creator. This blatant disregard for the holders of the IP in music, art, movie and anime degrades the international trade trust to maintain and uphold the copyrights of the world, and it needs to stop.

they even used pokemon which is 1000x bigger than Yugioh.

    13. They clearly have internet culture people in their admin, but it’s stange: how could they be so steeped in memes yet not know how much the internet at large hates them?
