Headline is not really doing justice to how unhinged Ford’s comments are. He is blaming the shooting (of a door) at the American consulate on what he admits are fully imagined phantoms. This is an active investigation, he could actually call up the RCMP and just ask instead of stirring up a racist panic.
And to deal with this and other pressing Ontario issues like healthcare and housing he plans to put infill into Lake Ontario for a convention centre. Great.
Good thing we didn’t just open our border up for the last 10 years and let people from everywhere just flood in without background or medical checks.
