I really like the direction Solar has taken with her Mandarin songs. It’s very different from her Korean music (which is already quite versatile) and allows her to explore new genres and collaborate with new artists while further developing her own artistry. The song itself is a bop.
There’s a nostalgic feeling to this song that reminds me of some Naruto endings back in the day. It brings me back to little me watching “S02E03 Naruto episode vostfr [3/3]” on Dailymotion 20 years ago 😭
Solar is credited with the lyrics and composition! That woman really took her Mandarin lessons seriously.

I already loved the song from the radio previews, and the MV’s interpretation was such a lovely addition to the meaningful message of the song. I love how your present self not only can take action to find your own space, but also bring your child self to the place where she belongs too.

Didn’t expect her to make a song with Accusefive. They are one of the only Chinese speaking artists I listen to and Solar’s voice fit really well.
