Now on the surface, I can see where this comes after. After all SEAL Team 6 killed OBL then members of SEAL Team die 3 months later? So SEAL Team 6/DEVGRU is not a singular team. It’s a larger unit with over 1,000 military personnel in both the combat and support role. SEAL Team 6 is divided into different sub-units called Squadrons. You have Red Squadron, Blue Squadron, Gold Squadron and Silver Squadron for main combat elements. Each squadron is around 50 men each sub-divided further into Troops of around 16 men each. Think of SEAL Team 6 as the battalion, the squadrons as the companies that make up the battalion and troops as the platoons that then make up the companies.
