So Ukraine has a homebuilt system to verify every kill and push their drone forces to target strategically or tactically important targets. They can also shift what is or isnt important based on battlefield conditions. Drone operator units are rewarded for using PVP drones properly and not inflate their effectiveness, and frontline commanders have an objective scale to gauge their results. 

Seems like a pretty good plan to me.
