I didn’t read the title. At first, I thought this was a funny video of soldier playing hide and seek.
I find this guy super relatable. If I were put into combat right now, this is exactly how I would behave.

Why don’t more Russians in this situation throw their hands up and surrender? Sure the drone operator might still kill you anyway but the alternative is a %100 chance of death. This guy looks like he was one of the last ones left alive in his group too so little chance of being killed for desertion. The only explanation I can think of is that fear makes people do weird things I guess.

Damn, not even a weapon in hand, just pure fear and foreboding knowing what is coming. It’s like he lost most of his will to survive or has zero alternatives.
