Ich bin 3 Jahre in Deutschland geblieben und habe für ein Unternehmen gearbeitet. Ich bin nach Indien zurückgekehrt und arbeite immer noch als Auftragnehmer für dieses Unternehmen über einen Dritten, der die Zahlungen abwickelt. Der Vertrag wird jährlich verlängert. Letztes Jahr habe ich das Geschäftsvisum beantragt und es wurde mir zur Verfügung gestellt, aber dieses Jahr wurde es abgelehnt. Der Ablauf, die Vereinbarung, alles blieb beim Alten. Ich glaube, dass VFS beim Einreichen des Formulars meine Daten als FREIBERUFLICHER aktualisiert hat, was früher nicht der Fall war.
Gibt es eine Anleitung oder Hilfe, was kann ich verbessern? Fügen Sie unten den Grund für die Ablehnung bei.

Have you actually asked the consulate?
forged documents provided doesn’t sound like what you are telling us.

You ARE a freelancer working for that company and they say you didn’t provide any justification and conditions for your stay.
Why do you need to be here for business? You work remote? Did the company demand you come over for x-days?
If not: No reason to give you a business visa.
