You have to say no. This is Trump’s adventure. Let the Yanks work it out.

We do not want to escalate this war by joining, that would be the worst thing we can do. We should be trying to deescalate and stop this war that Israel and the US started. By joining the war, we only increase it’s international dimension and push it from a regional war to a potential world war. No Canadian wants to die for Israel’s and Trumps Epstein war.

We shouldn’t jump into this too hastily.  But we should absolutely prepare for any eventuality.

Just because people don’t believe in our involvement in this conflict does not mean that it won’t present itself at our doorstep.

We didn’t go into Iraq (thank Raptor Jesus), why do we feel the need to go in now??

    6. The US is really making it difficult to be a member of NATO. Which Trump has also said he would like to dismantle.

Folks should understand that this does not include getting directly involved. The US is the aggressor, and even if they start crying, which we know they will, NATO article 5 is a defence guarantee, not an aggression pact. However, Turkey is a NATO member and located close to the conflict. If they asked for help, Article 5 would come into play. To be honest, Turkey is a “big boy” country that probably won’t whine about a few drones they have to shoot down. But Israel has already used aggressive language against them… so we might be drawn into a really messed up thing if Netanyahoo continues pursuing the Greater Israel project.

    8. UK here. Please don’t get involved with this. We’ve been somewhat dragged into this due to a base of ours being attacked but thankfully nothing so far further than “defensive” action.

Non of Europe planned this or wanted this, we’ve all been caught on the back foot and the crisis has the potential to be ruinous.

He’s talking about the UK, France, or Turkey. They aren’t directly involved, but have dealt with attacks.

I think, Article 5 only applies in defensive situations and not offensive. Since the US initiated the conflict, they can’t invoke A5; although not saying they wouldn’t try it and fracture the alliance further – which may be the point.

No. We do support a. Criminal/ rapist and murder of teen girls. Let the USA fix what they started
No. We should never help them. For what they said and did to us as country. Let USA fix their own problems first.

It is all a plan, attack Iran so they do a terrorist attack on the homeland, pull nato into the battle and satisfies Russia and Israel

I hope Carney keeps us out. It will become an albatross for him if he follows The Diddler into WW 3.
