      This stinks of a rift between the IRGC and the civilian government, Pezeshkian’s apology means nothing if the IRGC is rogue and controls the firepower. Remains to be seen who’s calling the shots at the IRGC, but something tells me they’re not very interested in diplomacy at the moment.

      Full statement is that they apologize and no new attacks will be made, unless their bases are again used for an attack on Iran.
