The more time goes on the more I question when Europe ever viewed Israel as an ally
Edit: I was wrong Isreal is a great state with a right to defend itself, Iran started this war, and Mossad are the good guys, Bibi isn’t a total cunt

It doesn’t matter. Oil is a globalized commodity. Price is almost the same no matter your sources.

Yet certain people will have us believe that the US doesn’t need anything from Canada.

Im a dumbass, so sorry for this question:
how does it make sense to the us to sell oil to europe and still import from many countries.
wouldnt it be better for the us to keep that 21% of eu’s oil to itself and then have to import less themselves?

I wish to have position in Angolan, Nigerian or Algerian government. This crisis seems to be golden goose

Iran and Russia are partners in the Shahed drone program, the economically worst drones hitting Israel. Why the Hell is Israel still buying oil from Russia?

Curious why China does not get more from African countries. They seem to have a lot of influence in the region I would have thought they could get a good deal there from someone. Not that I personally care, just curious. Probably something to do with type of oil??

Crazy how so many people here don’t understand oil is a fungible commodity. Just because one country is buying from another right now doesn’t mean they have exclusive rights to it. Exception being countries that are now being taken over by the US like Venezuela, which immediately sent their first oil shipments to Israel.

I’d say at least in the case of the US it would be useful to somehow add how much of the demand is produced domestically. I guess their import share is considerably lower than that of the EU, China and Israel since they have expanded domestic production so much in recent decades.
