      This is most interesting to me not because it is Noem, but to see if more follow quickly as he has opened the flood gates. In the first term we saw that once he started firing it became a revolving door, as firing was his main move. I think he was pushing the tarriff button before at every turn to feel like he was decision-making and falsify the strength of his position, now that he has no tariff moves to make beyond the one he already has if that even stands and he’s crossed the line letting neom go, we will see firings ramp up I think. None of them are remotely qualified, so I won’t feel bad about it, but if it happens it will almost certainly be about him feeling momentary power over the situation rather than any particular thing a person does, and that’ll be even more chaotic than before.

      Forcing another Senate election this year is *not* a good idea.

      The GOP is already on defense and while OK would typically seemingly be a slam dunk for the GOP, it’s still costs money and in an environment such as this, it could just add more complications.

He was only picked bc he goes on CNN once a week and is a mouthpiece for the trump administration. He has 0 qualifications to run anything. Except his family’s drain cleaning business
