    This past year, the competition to secure the best/most promising new graduates from the best universities were so fierce that a lot of big companies are offering 30k starting, company housing, free lunch, no OT, 14 paid days off after only 6 months of work. I know because despite being a big multinational company, the company I work for couldn’t compete lol. Thats how badly big companies are fighting for human resources, and they want to increase OT hours? lol I am convinced these fucking politicians live in gated community and just never leave.
