I guess just log into your bank, send a wire transferred that is overpaid, for safety… and set up an alert to tell you when you’ve exceeded your limit. Then when you get back you can “deduct” from the balance of the overpayment.

Just a question, maybe I am missing something, but why do you need to pay bills manually?
