Guess who are getting those summons, not the men from Moscow!
I really don’t understand what the word automatically is doing in this headline…. like „Russia bans men from leaving country after missing military enlistment summons“ I fully understand. But you add the word „automatically“ and like….. what? It doesn’t make it easier to understand, it just adds more questions
To this day, I am waiting if some russians I know that regularly visit russia for holidays will be kept there by force

Both sides have done this and from what I’ve seen Ukraine are enforcing this very stringently
If youre ignoring your draft summons while having the meana to leave the country, but you still dont leave the country, idk what to tell you. This is kinda not news news. Like duh, russia or any country would do this. It’s expected.
