So how many additional conscripts does this represent?
I will sign a decree to increase my bank account to 2.3 million euros.
What does this mean ?
The increase is very small (only +2,640 active-duty troops) compared with the previous cap.
So, an increase of 2700 personnel from the previous decree. That’s 3 days (and sometimes 2 days) of Russian losses.
That means conscripts from St Petersburg and Moscow. Not a good look back home.
Why not 100 million? I mean since we are making decrees lets go all the way!

There are many nations that would benefit by real war training and could rotate their recruits into action to help guard areas of the border for Ukraine.
