A normal text.. not even a warning notification like the rest EU countries.
That is not how an alert should be.

Funny part the text came from the phone providers. Cablenet users got their texts 45 minutes later!!

I didn’t even receive it.
It has been an EU mandate since 2023. Cyta outsourced it to some greek company that is somehow more useless than them
Just received it. Thank God it was not in silent mode so I could hear the ding almost 2 hours later. I mean if we were under attack I would probably not receive it since I would already be in a shelter, called in the army or the networks would be down from the attack.
I live abroad and got a text in my cypriot number at 6:40 EET so strange
