You can see a guy walking exactly where the torpedo hits. Crazy

Are those… sailors… assembled in formation on the rear deck? What is that?

  3. That ship got rocked..

Incredible to see how high it goes! You can see it split..

The black objects going airborne are people, just so you know. Don’t believe? Watch the front of the ship.

Man, seeing those guys at the front of the ship run forwards is just impacting me. I can’t imagine the sheer terror they felt.

Assuming the periscope camera at 2m altitude, the fact the ship waterline is clearly visible, the sub was no more than 5-6km from the frigate.

Do we know how many ships the IRGC Navy and the Iranian Navy have currently lost thus far? This makes 3 Moudge Class frigates destroyed by US strikes right?

  10. First ship sunk by a US submarine in active combat since WW2. Insane. Also, doesn’t Iran have about 20 subs in total? I assume all of those are now sitting deep somewhere in the Indian ocean getting far away with no home to go to. Unless they head to Russia.

I wonder when those will be hit or found unless some have already been found and we hear of sub battles. Man oh man

The American Department of ~~Defense~~ War seemingly have no rules of engagements anymore.

Both Iranian & American ships docked in Vizag for the naval exercise / show, and they just tailed them till the ship exited our water to take it down?! So not right.

Even in the worst of war, rules of engagements have been followed. This Iranian ship wasn’t in battle mode, wasn’t transporting armaments, wasn’t involved in any theatre, infact it shared a dock with American assets in a third country.

This is awful from the Americans. Every action sets a precedent – the world can never go back on those – and they have set an awful precedent. I worry for long term effects of this in Indian sphere of influence.

I would like to know what Indian chain of command thought of this.

Those sailors must have been ecstatic to actually use a torpedo for real.

  13. This war feels like to two MMA fighters beating the shit out of a smaller dude who maybe sorta talked some shit, but was wasn’t really in for it but, still some pride, you know. The smaller/smarter of the two MMA fighters convinced his friend this was a fight worth having. Somehow. I’m an American, a veteran…I hate this.

Did you all see the underwater shockwave crack the ships spine in half? Wow

I feel like they could have caused so much more damage if they wanted to.

Sure they broke the ship in half, but they could have evaporated the whole thing.
