      There was an article last week about how US and Iranian navies were both in attendance to the International fleet review in India.

      I think this was the Iranian ship that attended the event and was likely on the return journey. The USN obviously knew the attacks were coming and likely had subs or other assets in the area to track and eventually destroy it.

      Israeli media is saying that this was done by a US submarine.

      The US is responsible for taking out Iranian military targets (including their entire navy) and Israel is responsible for regime targets and decapitation strikes.

      They could have chosen to dock in a neutral port and disarm, but they preferred to die on their way back to their homeland. Respected. R.I.P.

      Doesn’t Iran have their own topclass diesel powered subs to protect such ships.

      This is unacceptable. We cannot accept this kind of behaviour in our waters.

      Also the Indian Navy needs to answer for why it was unable to detect an attack submarine in our region.

      It hasn’t been confirmed this was a submarine attack. This is speculation and misinformation.
