The second pic looks like nylon mesh but the ones in the first pic look like a metal mesh. Not the best idea to put your comms aerial in a Faraday cage?

Also not the best idea to post your new secret stealth abilities on social media?

Although I bet they really stand out when viewed by an IR camera at night so I’m being generous using the word stealth.

  2. Not bad, saw some documentary about WW1 and the British engineers setting up fake trees as observation posts

Solly will love this, he was fuming when told Russia didnt have any real capability to replace Starlink

  4. How high do these need to be optimally effective? Like on top of a cell phone tower?

Similar to their samurai crotch protectors, foam brick camouflage and air to air missile equipped Shahad’s, this will be the first and last time we see this horseshit

Is Uk wasting their efforts if it’s not having an impact? Of course it’s having an impact. This is basic camouflage technique, nothing new about it except the material.

So they are building faraday cages around their antennas? Idiots…

That is pretty impressive, I wonder if the mesh is a green plastic? So it doesn’t interfere with or degrade the signal?

  9. Amazing. Zero concept of the ability to easily triangulate electromagnetic radiation back to where it originated.

  10. Not terrible camo honestly. The Germans got tricked by inflatables and loud speakers. I actually like creativity like this despite the reasons behind it.

Maybe captured comms can be used to track the channels thus find the source of the signals?

Crazy how these people don’t believe on OPSEC!!😂😂😂😂😂😂 They post everything! Beautiful!!!

  14. It would be so funny to supply the Russian camouflagers with materials that glow in the IR spectrum.

I mean it’s a good idea to keep them from being seen but covering the attenas is only going to make them less effective
