The first was whether the flags were separated by a white line.
The second one makes georgias flag color blue, which my brain cannot comprehend.
The third is the best because it has both flags‘ best parts in them represented equally.

The first two look strange.
Third is best.
Because of the wide white stripe in the middle, each flag looks disintegrated and broken.
The last one looks like the old flag of National Guard of Georgia:

The white crosses of the normal proportion, as in the actual Georgia flag, with blue and red background, would be sufficient for your purpose.

The Georgian flag is perfect as is. However well intentioned, better that you leave it alone.

Yeah these are all just poor design. It looks more like separatist flags. Why not try mixing the symbols and colors instead of trying to separate them?
