The irony of this headline is top shelf.
„Terrorism“ of not killing is weird label. Could have probably used something more sane but feels like kremlins leadership considers it a sign of weakness to not choose the most outrageous/ridiculous lie and narrative.

Chiefly it means it is better for their health to not be in Russia. Which puts them in the same room with 140 million Russian citizens.
