My first time out of the country (Canada) was last year at 24. First time seeing the ocean. It was Cuba. The resort wasn’t the best, food was shit – but god did I fall in love.
The people, the culture. They don’t have much but god are they a nice group of folks. Smiling, always greeting you.
It’s so sad to see such a short time ago I was there and now they’re going through this. My heart is with the Cuban’s. Hope they make it through this .
