      Short term and militarily the Iran war may be a positive for Russia, raised oil price and harder to buy US made air defense missiles. More suffering for Ukrainian people from Russian terror campaigns.

      It won’t make up for losing yet another ally though and being reduced to irrelevance on the world stage yet again.

      It’s going to do a lot worse than that. I’m really surprised how a lot of people in this sub can’t understand this.

      Iran no longer is an important war supplier for Russia. The high oil price helps Russia a lot. Trump has zero plan, it’s just helping Israel maintain dominance in the region for batshit religious and Epstein reasons.

      It’s going to help Trump remain in power and distract people from helping Ukraine.

      Afterwards it will be taken over by jihadists half of whom will find some batshit excuse to fight on Russia’s side. This is not good..
