I read that one prefecture or Imigration was going to make an app / website so people could report possible immigration violations. Maybe they should make an app/website so people can report the customers who are going to these kinds of places. There’s been so many cases of these young women / teens forced into prostitution and then a case like this that’s just child rape. Any IT/coders out there on Reddit that can make that app?
