Yeah this seems like an obvious ban

Heck you can even waste extra money getting it done and nobody will complain

Just treat the videos of as proceeds of a crime and its distribution as a conspiracy of some sort. Probably better not to create new laws that could become overly restrictive and abused in the future because you commented on a facebook video saying you don’t like how someone is treating their pet. Prove that the existing laws when enforced are not enough first.

Wtf. Change this immediately. Anyone making these videos and being cruel to animals should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

The 2 sick fucks who were selling the videos got sentences of 12 years each. Maybe if the law was in place more time could have been added to their sentences. There’s 3 more cases of animal cruelty in Manitoba that should be heard fairly soon. No idea if they were selling videos or not. Anything that can make these sewers suffer a bit more is welcome.

Having said that would people consider the way industrial chickens are raised abuse? Or the way cattle is put into the food system abuse?

Really?! Is it too much to ask that the laws keep up? Don’t take several years to do something about it and prosecute to the fullest extent possible.

    7. It literally isn’t.. Now whether anyone enforces it is a different conversation but we’ve convicted film makers for making simulated snuff.
