I really do wonder why some of these do not cook off like the others. The first video was just a strobe effect from the guncam or whatever. 2nd was definitely already hit. 3rd did not cook off either. If they were already launched I would get it, but the 1st and 2nd were not launched yet. Iranian box truck launchers look completely different once they launch their payload, the whole box is open.
