But that said, am I happy to have that job and does it pay very well because it’s a successful franchise? Yes. Disney has made a shit ton of money from this franchise, so I do think the actors who voice the characters deserve compensation that is proportional to the success of the films.

That being said, studios are so cheap with the crew that work tirelessly behind the scenes to create their films— those people are also integral to the success of the film and should also be compensated accordingly.

Is that someone’s PR team angling a raise for their client?
