3 probably means IFF (friend/foe) transponder system has been compromised, jammed, or spoofed using Chinese technology.
They can’t seem to intercept missiles, but somehow they can manage to shoot down their own allied fighters? I’m not convinced the Patriot Missile systems are actually capable of downing planes reliably.
