I’m happy the Ukrainians have neutered the Black Sea Fleet, but this fanfic is a bit ridiculous.
This just looks like smoke from the stack. It’s the same model ship as the one docked next to it and the stack on that one is clearly visible and at the same spot.
The real world isn’t like Hollywood. It’s not likely they could get a satellite right over the target in 24 hrs, and it’s even less likely they’d release the photos publicly within that timeframe.

Hard to tell anything from this picture. Couldn’t it be a ship preparing to leave (because the port appears to be anything but a safe place to park your ships) and therefore the engines are running?

This looks to me like normal smoke from a running motor from the chimney. Not like a burning ship.
