It’s been announced that the first lady will lead a session of the United Nations security council on Monday titled Children, Technology, and Education in Conflict.

      This is almost literally the plot of the House of Cards. What was unrealistic in the series, is that Congress would actually go against the strong President, and in the series actions have consequences. In reality clearly not.

      Most of you are too young to remember this, but when Clinton became President, he tried to reform the medical insurance system. He put Hillary in charge of it and Republicans absolutely lost their minds. Hillary was an accomplished lawyer and clearly very intelligent. Melania is not. Whatever she says at the UN will have been written by someone else and she is unlikely to even know what she’s speaking about. But let’s be clear, Republicans will gush about it.

      The elephant in the room that doesn’t even get mentioned is the one of the largest hypocritical scenarios

      I know ICE was unleashed for reasons pertaining to midterms among a few other malicious goals but he’s married to an immigrant. The vice president fucks couches made in China and is also married to an immigrant.

      At best, they ignore what she actually says because last time I checked, Donald Trump was the corrupt as hell president, not Melania.

      At worst, they do as she says and we see more of Trump’s lot abuse their position in more and more brazen ways.
