      Gross. I am disgusted at people thinking they are accumulating brownie points for heaven.

      Not that she gives a crap, but she lost me as a fan when she went country.

      She was such an inspiration growing up. So hip and cool. I grew up in the Catholic Church and questioned everything as a kid. Seeing these adults fall into the Christian identity and not practice the actually philosophy makes me puke!

      Has she actually promoted anything MAGA? People are extending any kind of religious observance to MAGA, and that’s not fair. Hell, most the MAGA Christians don’t even consider Catholics to be Christians. And the leader of the Catholic Church is far from MAGA.

      Now I know there are certainly MAGA Catholics, but has she done or said anything to be accurately labeled as such?

      I doubt she’s MAGA but the people behind this app are gross and so is her association with it. I have no problem with her religion to be clear. It’s this app in particular.

      Isn’t she married to Blake Shelton who is also a massive MAGA person? I’m not surprised by this at all.

      I wouldn’t hate someone embracing their faith publicly if it wasn’t a paid Thiel sponsored effort. Like I don’t have to agree with her values, but the app is just. Ick.

      Lent is part of why I’m not religious anymore.

      I was 15 on a road trip with some friends, it was Friday, and we were in some no name town that had a Taco Bell. Couldn’t eat meat besides fish on Fridays, and I encountered an issue: don’t eat, or… commit a terrible sin by not starving?

      Long story short, that set me hard down the path of abandoning Catholicism.

      Hell yeah I need an app to score my prayers hoping for the eternal damnation of people that are different than me. And if there was one thing I’m sure Jesus was down with, it’s billionaires. So nice work Peter Thiel and nice work Gwen!

      I have no problem with her religious beliefs but pushing it like a product is a bit much. What is she getting out of it!

      Adult me hasn’t cared about her music in a long time but Jr high me is devastated☹️
