      Short answer „No!“

Slightly longer answer „No, he can’t because he’s too busy sucking bunker midget tiny penis.“

    2. Trump is running low on dictators to kidnap and assassinate. But putin has nukes and more importantly he has his own trumpstein files to ensure trump’s compliance.

    3. Trump COULD make it VERY difficult for Russia to conrinue the war. But he likes Putin too much.

mr trump might be able to if he completely changed his tactics. However, he would rather kiss putin’s butt.

I doubt that mr trump will change course, so as usual, the the question is not can he, but will he?

Unpopular opinion: There’s not a lot he can do besides his taking out Russian Federation allies like he has been. His taking Iran and Venezuela out benefits Ukraine. Russia cannot stop fighting as they’re in a war economy and can’t survive without some big agreements/economic packages from the West, but even then after 4+ years of war, 1.3 million in casualties, and a crushed economy, Putin can’t stop fighting without a „win“ and keep his head.

Why would he try to end a war? He’s too busy starting them, anyhow. He makes too much money that he funnels into his own pockets.

The war has been going on for 14 years, it is now too old to hold his interest.

    8. Sure he can, he just needs to order bomb/missile strikes on all of Russia’s military bases and air bases west of the Urals, as well as Russian positions inside Ukraine. Will he do anything remotely close to that? No. But he could.

Can he END Russia’s war? No.

Can he make it more expensive and difficult for Putin to maintain? Yes, I think so.

Here, Trump does appear to be making some strides. He’s doing something other than simply kissing Putin’s backside and enabling him. You could make an argument that Trump is benefitting from low expectations, but this is more than I hoped for from him.
